It all began here a few years ago... Sazón was born in the well-known Mexican Bajío region, in a city located in the state of Guanajuato called Celaya.

Sazón Celaya began as a family project fueled by a passion for cooking and the joy of customers savoring authentic Mexican food. This love for culinary excellence traveled over 4,000 km north to the charming town of Camrose in Alberta.
Irma, Carlos, and their daughters Mariana and Sofía, along with Italia, all family members now residing in the city, have made it possible for Sazón to open its doors and provide a delightful option for authentic Mexican restaurant experiences in this area.
